This challenge is promoted as a full-proof program that helps to build physical and mental toughness as well as abides by following rules for over 75 days:

  1. Follow the diet. You can choose any diet that suits your body. Frisella isn’t a dietitian, personal trainer, or any clinical nutritionist, hence he insists that you consult the professional to understand what nutritional program will suit you. However, he stresses you cannot have a cheat meal and drink alcohol in this challenge.
  2. Exercise twice in a day for over 45 minutes and one of the workouts has to be outside compulsory. 
  3. You need to drink 1 gallon of water every day. 
  4. Read at least 10 pages of the nonfiction book daily. Audiobooks do not count, and this book should fall into the personal development. 
  5. Take your progress pictures every day.

Suppose you are not able to follow the given five rules, you need to start over from the first day. 

Do you think you can take it up? For some, the answer is yes. Many people live their daily lives in this way already. Many people like fitness challenges like this one.
